Clinic dashboard
All of this is free and it is yours
Appointments, clients, patients, clinical records, invoices and reminders. No limit on pets, no limit on invoices, no card. What you write here is yours and you can export all of it to a file whenever you want, from day one.
Appointments and clinical records work from second zero: they are yours and nobody else sees them. Your directory listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live, because an invented clinic inside the directory costs us all our credibility.
Your directory listing is not published yet: we are reviewing it. Everything else in this panel already works.

Invoices
An issued invoice cannot be edited: you void it with a reason and make a new one. Same rule as a signed visit, and for the same reason — a document that changes after you hand it over stops being worth anything.
Reminders
pendingFind your clinic in the directory
Your clinic may already be published here with data from public sources. If it is yours, ask for it: we review it by hand and, once approved, you can correct the data and set your prices.
What you write here is what people searching will see. If something is not true, it is worse than nothing.
Your prices
This is what no other veterinary directory shows, and the reason people come back. You do not need to fill it all in: the four or five you get asked about on the phone are enough. A range is an honest estimate, not a commitment; if the price is fixed, write the same number in both boxes.
| Procedure | National average | Your low | Your high |
|---|
Leave both boxes empty to remove a price that no longer holds. The date of each change is stored: a two-year-old price is flagged as stale on the site.
Settings
Clients, patients, clinical records, invoices and reminders, in one file, right now, without emailing us for it. That this exists from day one is the only thing that makes the rest being free believable.

Visit
It saves as a draft. Signing closes it: no more editing, only amendments — which is exactly what makes a clinical record worth anything two years later.
