What data we collect, who sees it and what you can ask us for. No hedging.

The short version

We do not sell personal data, we do not hand it to advertisers, and this site carries no advertising or analytics tracker at all. You can check: view the source of any page and you will not find a single third-party domain — everything, typefaces included, is served from vetsearch.us.

We collect what an account needs to work and what a clinic needs to maintain its listing. Nothing else.

Who is responsible for your data

DocSearch Health Solutions, 8135 North Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32810, United States. Contact: info@vetsearch.us.

What we collect, exactly

If you join the waiting list: your email, the category you pick, the language of the page, and which page you sent it from. We do not store your IP: a hidden form field is enough to stop bots, so there is no need to collect it.

If you create an account: your email, the name you type, the language and the category (owner, vet, clinic, shelter, volunteer or provider). Your password we never see: our identity provider stores it hashed and it never reaches our tables.

When you accept these documents: which document, which version, the date and your IP. It is the proof that the acceptance happened, which is why it is kept.

If you run a clinic: what you publish about that business (contact, hours, services, prices). That is business information and public by definition: it goes in the directory.

Activity log: actions that change something (approving an account, editing a listing, setting a price) are recorded with who and when. It cannot be edited or deleted, deliberately.

We do not ask for or store payment details, human health data, or your pet’s clinical record. There are no payments on this site.

What we do NOT do

  • No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no other measurement or advertising system.
  • No tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies at all.
  • We do not sell, rent or share personal data.
  • We do not build advertising profiles or make automated decisions about you.

What is stored in your browser

Two things, in the browser’s local storage, not in cookies:

  • Your session, if you have signed in. It is cleared when you log out.
  • Whether you prefer the site light or dark.

Neither travels to any server nor follows you across other sites. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.

The three third parties involved, and what each one sees

Supabase (United States) — the database and account system. It stores everything above. It is the only one that sees your account data.

Resend (United States) — sends the confirmation and password-reset emails. It sees your email address and the content of those messages.

GoDaddy (United States) — hosts the site. Like any host, it logs requests to the server, including your IP.

And one that no longer takes part: until 5 September 2026 the typefaces loaded from Google servers, so Google received the IP of anyone opening any page. They are now served from vetsearch.us and Google sees nothing. It is written here because it is exactly the kind of thing a policy usually leaves out.

There is no other. If there ever is, this list will say so first.

For how long

The waiting list, until launch or until you ask us to delete you.

Account data, for as long as the account exists. When you close it we delete it, except the legal-acceptance and activity records, which are kept precisely because they are the proof of what happened.

Directory listings stay while the business exists and does not ask otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, take it with you, or delete it. You can also tell us to stop writing to you. Write to info@vetsearch.us and we answer within 30 days at most.

We will not treat you worse for exercising any of these rights.

We treat you the same wherever you live. If you write from the European Union or from California, the rights your own law gives you apply on top.

Minors

The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security, said honestly

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). Who may read which data is defined inside the database itself, row by row, and checked on every query: it does not depend on the site remembering to check.

What we will not tell you is that an incident is impossible, because it is not anywhere. If one happened and affected your data, we would tell you.

Changes and contact

If this changes materially we will say so on the site and, for account holders, by email. The version and date are at the foot.

For any question, or to exercise your rights: info@vetsearch.us.
