About payments, plainly
Today VetSearch does not charge on your behalf. Here you can receive requests, confirm them and mark them done; you take the money yourself, as always. When the marketplace opens, the charge will be authorised on confirmation and captured when the service is finished — and a booking cannot reach “paid” until that exists: the database refuses. We would rather tell you than show you a pay button that does not charge.
Your services
Price and duration are what turn a listing into something bookable. “From” exists because in grooming the price depends on the dog, and quoting an exact number you cannot keep is worse than saying “from”.
To change the listing details, write to us: we have not opened provider editing yet and we are not going to put up a form that does not save.
