Sign-ups
Approving a clinic account is not enough: it has to be linked to its directory listing, or its dashboard has nothing to edit.

Listing claims
This is how the directory grows without us calling anyone: the clinic finds itself published and asks for its listing. Approving does three things at once — creates the organization, hands over the listing and activates the account — so decide with the evidence in front of you. If the email is not from the website domain, call the phone number on the listing before approving.

Directory
This replaces editing JSON by hand. ⚠️ The public site is static: saving changes the database, and it shows on vetsearch.us after the next build and upload.

Import listings from a CSV
To load a whole city at once. Two things worth knowing: the file is not uploaded anywhere — it is read here, in your browser — and everything comes in HIDDEN. Nothing is published until you review it under Directory and mark it. A bad CSV published is hundreds of bad pages indexed in an afternoon.
Required columns: name, city and state. Optional: street, zip, phone, website, hours, emergency, species, services, rating, reviews, lat, lng, source, source_url. Header names work in English or Spanish, in any order.
Users
To handle a support case without opening the SQL editor. 🔴 Team permission is NOT granted here: only via SQL, deliberately.

Prices to review
Invoices a rescuer marked as a normal price, not a rescue rate. Approving one recomputes that clinic and procedure’s price from ALL its approved invoices — it is not typed by hand. Rescue rates never reach this list.
Rescues
Each level says WHAT was checked, HOW and WHEN — and it expires. Level 2 is the one that matters: call the clinic on their latest invoice and ask only whether that person brings pets there. It is the one thing a fake rescue cannot fabricate, and the phone number is already right here.
The levels are not a trust score. A registered level 3 can be a bad rescue and a paperless level 2 can be excellent.
What rescues are asking for
Read the “unfulfilled” column, not “asked”. What gets asked for and fulfilled on its own does not need us; what gets asked for and never arrives is the gap. The average price is what rescues think it costs, not what it costs.
Waiting list
People who left their email before accounts existed. The old rows are still in GoDaddy MySQL and have not been migrated here yet.

Audit trail
Every back-office decision is written here and cannot be edited or deleted. It is what you show in due diligence — and why a team account that has already acted cannot be deleted, only suspended.
